Now the pdf file can be created as dynamic application forms like a web page. It can be open in acrobat reader but you cant save as you fill the application.
To fill and save the application you need a software installed on your computer.
You can follow these steps.
1. Please download this software from the following link

2. Unzip the file and install the software
3. While installing Select Enable Javascript option
4. Select 'No' for default software to open pdf.
4. After installation open your open the application and fill it
5. Use save as option under file menu and save it in different location or name
6. Now open it view, whether the details are filled as you did.
7. If its correct now, you attach it with email and send.
